Art
of Seeing is a juried
selection of editorial, travel, nature, landscape, fine art, and
artistic commercial photos. It is
appropriate for showing work to both art
buyers at agencies/publications, and to galleries carrying photography.
Produced in
Hong Kong to art-book standards, the trim size is 6" x
5.25". Total printing is 6000 copies. The mailing is to: ad
agency art
buyers, major
publications, photo reps, stock houses, art consultants, and art
galleries. Participants
receive six copies and
can order more.
Dr. Carol
McCusker,
Curator of Photography for the Museum of Photographic
Arts (MoPA), will jury and write
the introduction.
There is no
jury fee or form. $170 per page
covers all costs, and is only for those juried in. Optional 6” x 4.25",
4c/1c postcards are $85 per 1000.
To apply mail,
upload, or email your hi-res RGB TIF
files (350
ppi @ 6”). Send ONE image per page, up to four images for four
pages. The submisson deadline is November 17th. The publication date
is April 20th. |
