focus is contemporary art. Our publications have been described as
“stunning” by the San Francisco
Chronicle and "work of art in itself" by the Sacramento Bee.
The annual Art of
Seeing is dedicated soley to creative photography. This catalog
of fine art, landscape, nature, travel, and artistic commercial photos
is published each April. The submission deadline is November 7th. Carol McCusker,
Curator of Photography for the Museum of Photographic
Arts (MoPA), will jury and write
the introduction.
Our other annual, American
Art Collector, presents a selection of art and craft in various
media: painting, photography, printmaking, ceramics, glass,
jewelry, textiles, metal, and wood. Jurors are CCA instructor Howard
Eige and gallery owner Jan Christensen-Heller. The submission deadline
is May 1st.
Publication is in October.
